More About Me

Having been a licensed agent since 2013, my pledge to you is that I will always be responsive and available. I will work hard to make your home buying, selling, or both the best possible experience.

I am tied to the community! I grew up in Deer Park, the middle child of five. My father just sold his home after living there for 55 years. My brothers still work in the community. Ron Holzman, my husband of 37 years, is from Symmes Township. He learned his craft working side by side with his father and continues to operate Holzman Meats in the Montgomery area. As newlyweds, Ron and I purchased our first home in Creekwoods of Landen, moved as our family grew, but stayed in the area we love. Our children are all proud graduates of Kings High School. Our daughter married her high school sweetheart and is now a teacher at J.F. Burns Elementary, the elementary school she attended. Our sons are both living and working in Cincinnati. We are loving every single moment of being grandparents.  It's great to be back at Landen park for a soccer or baseball game. There is a very good chance if you don't know me, you will know a member of my family!

For the first half of my real estate career I worked primarily as a buyer's agent. I enjoy showing homes (as many as it takes!) and helping people find home. First-time buyers have a special place in my heart; there is so much more to a house than what it looks like. Knowing what buyers look for allows me to advise sellers on how to prepare their house for the market. Getting an accepted contract is only half of the process. Clients also need someone to guide them through the inspection process, appraisals, title work, underwriting conditions, and more to get to the closing table. I will be there!
